This wedding was not only epic in its nature, but one of the sweetest unions I have ever witnessed. Leah is one of those old souls you feel like you’ve known forever even though you met her just twenty minutes ago. She wandered the property picking out a few daisies to make her own flower crown — just priceless. Mack has a kind hearted, laid back aura about him so these two together, you can just feel the love a mile away.

Let me tell you about this wedding — it was a SURPRISE! At the end of Leah’s grandparents 50th Anniversary party at the King’s Hill Inn & Barn, Leah and Mack announced that they were going to honor her grandparent’s lasting and beautiful marriage by making their anniversary date theirs as well! You’ll see her grandparent’s shocked and immediately thrilled reactions! It gives me goosebumps just remembering that moment. Leah and Mack went off in other directions and spent an hour getting ready, all while Mack’s family began to arrive and friends and family gathered for their ceremony for an intimate ceremony at sunset. It was incredible and I’m blessed to have been a part of it. I hope their love story and these images reflect how love really is the best thing.

They held a casual reception later in the year as well at the King’s Hill Inn & Barn for all of their friends and family.
